Morgan Capital of Arizona, Inc. became a member of ESM in the fall of 2005. Over the last two years we have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of established businesses and business owners. We have been able to grow our business though ESM because every member is working to achieve the same goals and objectives. The long lasting business relationships and friendships that have been gained through our involvement with ESM will last a lifetime. We are thankful for the opportunities ESM has given Morgan Capital of Arizona.

Thank you again for having me come to SRP for a Lunch N Learn. We had about 30 of your employees turn out for what I hope was an excellent educational experience! Out of the 30 people, about 15 filled out my feedback form and 7 wanted me to follow up with them. Your meeting room was a perfect size for the employees we had and having the projector and screen were very helpful. Hopefully your employees enjoyed the food and drink as well.

I would recommend other ESM Associates give this a go. It is a great way to educate employees and hopefully end up doing a little business!

I would like to take a moment and thank two of our active Associate representatives from Pure Fitness. They are a tribute and example of the importance of personal networking within ESM. At the end of July during our monsoon season, PERA suffered quite a bit of damage from a micro-burst - especially our employee fitness center. The fitness center’s roof was literally blown off and the ceiling doused with gallons of water, flooding the building and equipment.

We placed a call to Sarah Gentry and Leon Doris with Pure Fitness, who have a facility near to ours. They were most accommodating to offer a special arrangement for our fitness members, to assist them while the building is restored. Without our prior relationship established through ESM, I doubt Pure Fitness would have seen any value in helping out our employees, and the opportunity it created for their public perception. Instead, the members are most appreciative, as is PERA Club for their willingness to help out in a time of need. While we hope that all our members return to us upon the re-opening, we realize that if any decide to stay at Pure Fitness, they are in good hands!
