1.  What is the difference between an organizational, associate, and community service membership?

Organizational members are made up of employees from Human Resource, Company Store, and Employee Program departments who are striving to offer a well rounded benefit program to their employees.

Associate Members are suppliers that sell discounted products or services to ESM members such as chiropractic services, family entertainment, hotels/resorts, sportswear, and financial services.

Community service members are non-profit organizations that promote one fundraising event annually through networking with ESM.

2.  What does it mean to be a dual member?

For companies who would like to participate in an Organizational Membership as well as an Associate Membership ESM offers a dual membership. Dual Members get to enjoy the advantage of giving their employees great benefits and also offering their services to other ESM members at a discounted rate.

3.  What are the benefits of being a National ESM member?

Each member receives a subscription to ESM Magazine. Other member services include: Resource information, a National Conference & Exhibit, access to onMYtime.com, list services, and much more.

4.  What if my membership is being delayed because of the Associate to Organization member ratio?

To speed up this process and bypass a waiting list, prospective Associate Members are encouraged to recruit new Organizational Members who will join at the same time.

5.  What if I miss the renewal deadline?

Any renewing member who misses the January 31st deadline will be required to apply as a new member by submitting a new application and paying the $50 processing fee where applicable.

6.  How often is the directory updated?

Usually by the end of the first complete week of each month the directory is updated and reissued.
