Community Service Membership
Welcome:
If you are a non-profit organization that wants to promote one fundraising event annually through networking with ESM you have come to the right place.
Application Instructions:
Community Service members need to submit an application and be accepted by the Board, but do not have to reapply every year. You just need to send us a letter each January confirming that you would like to continue your membership for the following year. A reminder will be sent out. If a letter is not received by January 31st a new application will need to be filled out to reinstate your membership. Please send applications and letters to:
