Organizational Membership:
Includes a National and Local Phoenix Chapter membership with one Primary Representative contact and one Alternate Representative contact.

Corporate Organizational Membership:
Includes a National and Local Phoenix Chapter membership with one primary contact and up to five additional contacts from your company's location (within a 50-mile radius).

Dual Membership:
For companies that want both Organizational and Associate memberships.

Associate Membership:
Includes a Local Phoenix Chapter membership only.

Multiple Associate Member:
For Associates who are currently members of another ESM chapter. Reduced fee.

National Associate - Local Chapter Membership:
For Associates who are National ESM members. Associate membership is immediate and the ratio rule does not apply. Reduced fee.

Community Service Membership:
Board approved non-profit organizations.

Retiree Membership:
For former ESM representatives who wish to maintain contact.
