Organizational Membership: Includes a National and Local Phoenix Chapter membership. What are the benefits of a National Membership?	$225
Corporate Organizational Membership: Includes a National and Local Phoenix Chapter membership. It also includes membership for a primary contact as well as up to five additional members from your company's location (within a 50-mile radius). Please also fill out the Organizational Membership form. What are the benefits of a National Membership?	$440
Dual Membership: For companies that want both Organizational and Associate memberships.	$500*
Associate Membership: Includes a Local Phoenix Chapter membership only.	$275*
Multiple Associate Member: For Associates who are currently members of another ESM chapter. Reduced fee.	$225*
Local Chapter Membership for National Associate Member: For Associates who are National ESM members. Associate membership is immediate and the ratio rule does not apply. Reduced fee.	$175*
Community Service Member: For Charity or Board approved non-profit organizations.	FREE
Retiree Membership: For former ESM representatives who wish to maintain contact.	$35
