The Employee Services Management Association, formally know as the National Employee Services and Recreation Association, was started in 1941. Our goal since then has been to enhance employee benefit programs throughout the nation. We do this through our Employee Stores; Recognition, Wellness, and Recreation Programs; Travel, Convenience, and Community Services; Special Events; and Voluntary Benefits.
